Operations Trans-Cycle Industries, Ltd. Effective June 29, 2006, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bennett purchased substantially all of the assets of Trans-Cycle Industries Inc. The subsidiary now operates under the name of Trans-Cycle Industries, Ltd. ("TCI"). TCI provides environmentally safe disposal of oil-filled electrical equipment, and is a leader in North America in dismantling and recycling electrical transformers and other equipment containing PCBs. TCI operations provide a total turn key service allowing customers the benefit of having only one company accountable for the management, transportation and handling, and final disposal of their waste. Along with providing site services, such as transformer draining, repackaging of waste, labeling, manifesting and loading, TCI offers operational capabilities at its plants for all levels of PCB contamination. The services offered by TCI are the perfect compliment to Bennett's high temperature soil treatment services and MRR's thermal destruction services for PCB contaminated construction debris.
